Once a month we meet with fellow employees to grab some drinks, eat some dinner and catch up on project and company news. We get together once a year to see one of our favorite sports teams in the area. We want to get to know your significant others and family members, so we host an annual company picnic for families and an annual happy hour for significant others. We host an annual holiday dinner for those that like to get dolled up and eat gourmet meals. Because we care about our employees’ safety, we have a Safe Ride Home program so you can leave your worries at the door and take an Uber home. Sounds good, doesn’t it?

We are pleased to offer an unrivaled internship experience each summer.
Our interns are able to put theory to practice and learn about new processes and technologies along the way. Our internship provides valuable real life work experience and the opportunity to build something that will be put to use for Fortitude Technologies employees.
We have a dedicated team of mentors who love to teach and show off what they know. There are daily stand up meetings, weekly demonstrations of completed code, and Lunch and Learn sessions from our senior developers.
We like to impress upon our interns that while we work hard, we play hard. We connect with our interns both professionally and personally through social events. Our internship program strives to provide students with real world experience they can share with their classmates and professors, as well as an invaluable experience for professional growth.
Our 11-week internship program provides full time employment with competitive compensation. While typically held at our Fortitude Technologies office conveniently located in the lively Reston Town Center, we are amenable to virtual employment given the current pandemic.
